Pat Kirkland - Founder, CEO & Coach
Pat coaches leaders to master and embody authentic power and teaches them how to empower others to do the same. She works with high-potential talent, managers, directors, and executives across multinational corporations, emerging businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
Pat is the creator of the Predator, Prey, Partner Model™, developed through years of exploring the roots of personal power and human behavior. Her work integrates insights from a wide range of disciplines, including psychology, systems thinking, improvisational theatre, and the martial art of Aikido.
Her mission is to advance the evolution of human communication coaching individuals, teams, and organizations move toward greater connection, awareness, and collaboration.
Ren Williams - Coach
Ren is passionate about helping people communicate with authenticity, confidence, and impact. Drawing on both academic and industry experience, she designs and delivers communication training, executive coaching, and consulting programs that help leaders inspire action and drive results.
A certified Pat Kirkland Leadership coach for more than a decade, she is especially passionate about helping leaders strengthen their executive presence and communicate with conviction.
Ren has held leadership roles in communications, public relations, and marketing. She earned a BA in Marketing from Santa Clara University and an MA in Communication Studies from San José State University.
Lucy Frost - Client Partnerships & Program Director
Lucy brings decades of experience in marketing, client engagement, and communications. As the primary point of contact for clients, she guides the experience from initial conversations through program delivery, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.
She oversees cross-functional coordination to keep programs running smoothly and works closely with Pat on product development, execution, and strategic initiatives. Lucy also supports marketing and business development efforts, including client engagement, content development, and outreach.
Her focus is on aligning people, processes, and delivery to create exceptional client experiences and drive operational excellence. Lucy has a BA is Communications from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
Daniyela Braunovic - Finance & Operations Director
Daniyela draws on experience from her own consulting practice to help shape the company’s financial strategy, systems, and long-term growth. Her focus is building the operational and financial foundations that enable the business to scale with clarity and intention.
She leads financial planning, forecasting, systems, and operations, bringing structure to complexity and improving alignment across the business. Daniyela also supports product development from concept through delivery, ensuring customer needs and business goals remain closely connected.
At the core of her work is creating streamlined systems, clear processes, and sustainable growth that allow the business to operate effectively and evolve with confidence. Daniyela has a BA from McGill University in Montreal and is currently working on her Graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health.
