Executive Presence

This small-group coaching experience provides leaders with personalized, real-time feedback on how they show up, communicate, and influence others. Built around the Predator, Prey, Partner® model, participants gain deeper awareness of the behaviors and habits that shape their leadership presence and impact.
Through video-recorded practice, live coaching, and peer learning, participants identify and strengthen the behaviors that enhance credibility, confidence, and connection. Each leader leaves with three personalized "anchor" behaviors they can immediately apply, along with recordings of their sessions to reinforce learning and support continued growth.
The result: Greater self-awareness and executive presence, resulting in leaders who communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships, and inspire confidence in high-stakes interactions.
